Priority Support Plan
Have a question or need support between appointments? Take advantage our our Priority Support Plan and receive support by email or phone.
The fee is $225 per 12 incidents (real-time value over $1,250). This ensures phone calls and/or e-mails will be answered promptly for any incident regardless of the time involved or follow up work needed (excluding on site visit, if required). If you do not purchase the T&E Support plan, then a regular hourly fee of $95 per hour will be charged with a minimum fee of $55 per call or e-mail.
