Quarterly Reviews
We typically recommend a minimum of a quarterly or monthly review. During a quarterly review we reconcile your cash accounts and analyze the data to determine if transactions have been entered correctly. If the data is not correct, we make the appropriate adjustments to get your books in balance.
Year End Review
The Year End Review ties up the details and ensures everything balances neatly. We set up 1099 vendors, make appropriate adjustment to bring system into year-end balance, adjust fixed asset information and record depreciation, perform year-end backup of system data, allocate cost from common cost pools, and set the closing date. We tune-up your system and prepare data for use by your accountant.
